Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Free U.S. shipping on orders $99+ (after discounts, before tax).

Carriers: USPS/UPS. Typical delivery 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Expedited options (if available) are shown at checkout.

Discreet delivery
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with discreet billing on your statement.

Where we ship
U.S. addresses including APO/FPO. P.O. Boxes ship via USPS. We don’t ship to freight forwarders.

Address issues / return-to-sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage) or refund the item price minus shipping.

Lost / damaged packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate it, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office.

Report damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery: email [REPLACE WITH YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order # and clear photos.

Split shipments & backorders
Items may ship separately at no extra cost; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Dolls & oversized items (if applicable)
Large/oversized dolls may ship in multiple boxes and can require adult signature. Transit windows may be longer due to size/weight.

Due to health and safety standards, opened or used items can’t be returned. Please inspect packaging before opening.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
